The Business Process Improvement division’s implementation of the Lean Six Sigma culture across the Company’s various departments has seen strong returns in efficiency while reducing waste and variations in the processes and procedures.

Corporate Information Technology
The Corporate Information Technology (IT) division embarked on a digital transformation strategy across all systems at GWC – those supporting the business departments as well as those accessed by the company’s clients.

QHSSE
The Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) Division works diligently to ensure that the Company, and all its clients and subcontractors, maintain the highest safety standards for operations conducted in or by the Company.

Human Resources
Dynamic and innovative people fuel GWC’s success. Over its history, the HR division witnessed dramatic changes and growth – initially managing a group of a few dozens, to over 4,000 employees by 2022.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Early in 2017, GWC was conferred the “CSR Leadership” award for its continuing efforts to serve the social needs of our local community at the launch ceremony of the 5th edition of the National CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Report.
