The exhibition is held under the patronage of H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, and supported by Qatar Chamber of Commerce & Industry, General Secretariat of the CCC, the Federation of CCC Chambers ,the Italian Industry & Commerce Office (IICUAE) and The International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA). The expo will showcase latest products, technologies and solutions featuring the four sectors: railways, shipping, freight and logistics.

Chairman of Al Baida Group, Engineer Ali Abdul Latif Al Misnad thanked the strategic sponsors for their support to the exhibition while praising the support of the government and international institutions, pointing to the role of Qatari companies and organisations in contributing to the development process and in empowering the private sector:

“We are pleased to see this level of support for Trans4 Exhibition, it’s a clear evidence of the importance of the exhibition and its success, it also projects the sponsors’ dedication towards the country’s future developments that are vitally inked to the transport and logistics sector,” said Al Misnad.

“We extend our sincere appreciation for the wise leadership and guidance of the Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and the Heir Apparent H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. We also extend our gratitude to H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani for his support and patronage for Trans4.

“We’ve seen tremendous interest from international, regional and local companies to participate in the expo this year, and we’ve added extra spaces outside the exhibition center for companies who wanted to display large heavy machineries and equipments. We also secured some bookings for Trans4 next year 2012.

“Trans4 invites everyone working in or related to the shipping, transportation, logistics and railways to visit the exhibition, as Trans4 Expo is indeed an important platform for experts, decision makers, and representatives of international companies to get the latest updates on technologies, products and solutions used in this vita) sector.”
