Gulf Warehousing Company Q.P.S.C. (GWC Group), one of the region’s leading logistics groups providing cross-border and integrated logistics solutions, has established two new subsidiaries and rebranded an existing entity as part of a program to extend its specialized capabilities and strengthen its operational presence across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Bahrain.
In Qatar, the Group has incorporated GWC Biosafe Hazardous Materials Transport LLC, a dedicated entity for the transport and handling of hazardous materials. The subsidiary addresses a regulated and technically demanding segment of the logistics market, extending the Group’s portfolio into biosafe and specialist cargo operations.
Also in Qatar, Prime Inspection Services has been renamed GWC Bu Sulba Logistics LLC. The rebrand aligns the entity with the Group’s unified regional identity and reflects the broader integration of its Qatar-based operations.
In the UAE, GWC Group has launched GWC Express Trading LLC, adding a commercial trading and logistics entity to its existing presence in the Emirates. Separately, the Group has established GWC Energy Logistics LLC, Sharjah Branch 1, positioning itself to serve the energy sector’s logistics and supply chain requirements from one of the UAE’s key industrial hubs.
Together, these steps advance GWC Group’s strategy to diversify its business divisions, deepen its sector-specific capabilities, and build a more integrated logistics platform across the GCC. The Group has confirmed that none of these developments are expected to have a material impact on its financial statements.
GWC Group operates more than 4 million sqm of logistics infrastructure across the region, supported by 20 strategic locations and a fleet of more than 1,600 specialised vehicles. Its global network spans more than 120 countries through over 550 freight offices and partners worldwide, moving more than 2 million tonnes of freight annually.
