Gulf Warehousing Company Q.P.S.C. (GWC Group), one of the region’s leading integrated logistics groups, released its financial performance data for the third quarter of 2026 following a Board of Directors meeting held on October 20, 2026, and chaired by GWC Group Chairman, H.E. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al Thani. In the third quarter, net profit stood at QAR 32.3 million, up 37% over Q3 2025 and 13% over the second quarter of 2026, reflecting strong operational execution across regional markets. Gross revenues reached QAR 397.8 million, while earnings per share year-to-date came in at QAR 0.161, in comparison to 0.140 in the same period in 2025.

The strong quarterly performance brought the Group’s net profit growth for the first nine months of 2026 to 15% compared to the same period last year.

Contract Logistics and Real Estate Lead Growth

The Group’s outstanding results were driven by robust growth in several verticals including contract logistics and real estate, with year-to-date net profits up 24% and 22%, respectively, compared to the same period in 2025.

During the third quarter, GWC Group continued optimizing its cost base and deploying existing infrastructure and transport capacity across alternative routes to support customers’ operational requirements, directing resources toward opportunities offering the strongest returns.

H.E. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al Thani, GWC Group Chairman, said: “Our third-quarter results reflect our resilience and discipline. Our double-digit net profit growth shows that diversifying our logistics business is delivering returns for shareholders. The value of this investment extends to the businesses we enable, strengthening their ability to serve their own customers and sustain the supply chains that support economic activity.”

Customer Solutions Support Business Continuity

Throughout the year, the Group continued to solidify its relationships with customers, working closely with them to develop solutions that address their evolving logistics requirements.

H.E. Sheikh Abdulla Bin Fahad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al Thani, GWC Group Managing Director, said: “Our growth reflects rising market demand and the confidence customers place in GWC. Earning and sustaining that confidence remains central to our success. We will continue anticipating customer needs and developing solutions that enable trade flows across the GCC and beyond, keeping essential goods moving and serving our communities.”

International Growth and Regional Integration

GWC Group continued strengthening its presence across regional markets, broadening its capabilities and developing solutions tailored to customer needs. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia remains a focus for multimodal route development, including a new air-land corridor connecting Europe with the wider GCC.

Across its UAE operations, GWC is strengthening its energy logistics portfolio to support the sector’s complex requirements, whilst expanding its quick-commerce network to meet demand for rapid fulfillment and delivery. In the Sultanate of Oman, new contracts across the industrial, retail, food and automotive sectors are driving growth in warehousing, freight and distribution services.

Alongside these developments, GWC Group is building AI-enabled digital platforms in-house to connect operational systems, improve shipment visibility and make its services easier for customers to access.

Matthew Kearns, GWC Group CEO, said: “Our international revenue has doubled year-on-year, reflecting the progress we are making in connecting our capabilities across markets and growing our business beyond Qatar. The strength of GWC lies in the scale of our physical infrastructure, the reach of our regional network and the expertise of our people. We are investing in AI-enabled digital infrastructure to strengthen interoperability across our operations, bringing these strengths together to serve customers more effectively and create new opportunities for growth.”

GWC Group enters the final quarter of 2026 with an integrated logistics platform spanning 20 strategic locations across the GCC and Europe, more than four million square meters of logistics infrastructure, and a global freight network reaching over 120 countries through more than 550 freight partners. With more than two million metric tons of freight handled annually, the Group continues to leverage its scale to support customers and facilitate trade across its markets.
