Integrated Solutions
Freight Forwarding
Our services encompass door-to-door shipping via air, sea, and land, offering global reach through leading carriers. We provide comprehensive origin logistics, covering packaging, storage, and customs clearance. Additionally, we specialize in charter services and high-value transportation for art and merchandise.
Customs Clearance
We handle both permanent and temporary customs clearance, along with inspections, documentation, legalization, and government/regulatory approvals.
Transportation
Our extensive fleet includes 1,600 trucks, trailers, and specialized vehicles, including temperature-controlled ones with tail lifts. Equipped with IVMS/GPS technology, our fleet offers real-time tracking and tracing capabilities. We operate with a fully integrated Transportation Management System (TMS) for seamless logistics management.
Warehousing
Our logistics infrastructure spans 4 million sqm, offering ambient, chilled (0°C to 9°C), and frozen (-70°C) storage. We handle hazardous materials, pharmaceutical products, and records management. Our services also include secure ticketing solutions, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and temporary storage facilities at event venues.
Distribution
We manage the cold chain supply for food and beverage, handle linen storage with multiple deliveries and collections, facilitate event mobilization and de-mobilization for staging and LED screens, manage merchandising deployment and deliveries, and provide local and international ticket distribution services.
Venue Management
We offer venue management support, including training and accreditation, along with expert manpower for mobilization, installation, and disassembly. Our skilled team includes riggers, technicians, foremen, drivers, and operators who handle heavy and light machinery, including forklifts, cranes, trolleys, pallet jacks, and boom trucks.
Reverse Logistics
Our services encompass repacking, palletizing, storage, and port delivery. We manage regulatory approvals, customs clearance, and provide documentation assistance, all while monitoring your shipments until they reach their destination.
Value Added Services
We employ IT-integrated systems for real-time analytics of personnel, material, and assets. This includes a Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) and a Sports and Events Management System (SEMS).
