GWC played a winning role in Qatar’s hosting of the 2019 FIFA Club World Cup. We proudly became the official national supporter in November 2019, and the action-packed tournament took place from December 11 to 21 at three venues in Qatar, ending with Liverpool FC taking home the trophy.

FIFA Club World Cup Qatar 2020

GWC played a pivotal role in delivering the FIFA Club World Cup 2020TM, which was delayed due to COVID-19. This meant extra precautions were required to protect fans, players and officials and led to GWC implementing bubble-to-bubble health and safety procedures at the request of both the host country and tournament organizers. This edition of the tournament was won by German side Bayern Munich.

The FIFA Arab Cup served as the ultimate rehearsal before Qatar 2022, featuring 16 competing teams across six vibrant stadiums.
